In the case that the above procedure needs to be performed, in any repair undertaked, the original software must be provided by the customer.
PC-ONNET will accept no liability for the loss of data, or documents or any other information previously installed in the pc.
PC-ONNET is not responsible for any illegal copies of software or software without the proper licence provided by the customer for the restoring of the PC. By customer we mean you the person who requests repair services for their computers or by goods from PC-ONNET.
Please note that under no circumstances will your details be submitted or used for any other
purpose other than to contact you with regard to this specific enquiry.
NO FIX NO FEE
If I are technically unable to fix the fault specified then we won't charge you a penny!
PC-ONNET Consumer
Every quotation, pro-forma invoice, price list or other similar document made or issued by PC-ONNET("the company") is made or issued subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These terms and conditions do not affect consumers' statutory rights as contained in current legislation governing the relationship between consumers and businesses.
Definitions
The Company means PC-ONNET. The Customer or you, means the account applicant or person who buys or agrees to carrion whith job from the company.
Payment
Payment will not be taken from the Customers by Credit/Debit card, but you can make payment by cheque whith cheque credit card number or cash or by PayPal.
Liability
Under no circumstances shall the company be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
